Dollywood is hosting the national Gospel & Harvest Celebration event from October 3th to November 1st.

The event is one of the largest festivals that the city of Pigeon Forge hosts and should attract more visitors to the smoky mountain area.

The festival will showcase the best of the southern gospel and bluegrass music, along with a wide variety of southern dishes and artisans’ crafts.

Among the musicians that will attend the event are Riders in the Sky, Dailry & Vincent, Gibson Brothers, Chris Hillman, Herb Pedersen and others. All of which will perform their best gospel and bluegrass songs to all the visitors.

Local artisans and craftsmen will be able to showcase their talent and skills in rope making, wood turning, fiddle making and glass working.

The four weeks festival is an oppotunity to enjoy the best that the smoky mountains has to offer.
